Arrival is
foreseen from 16 p.m., to see with the
landlord.
You need to
leave the house before 12 p.m., to see with the
landlord.
Per stay, thers is a deposit of € 250. This
guarantee will be refunded within
14 after after the stay.
The use of water, gas, electricity and internet is included in the rent. As you know, energy is expensive, so please use it advisable.
Charging electric cars is prohibited.
If
you have not indicated when booking that you want the landlord to do
the final cleaning, you must clean the house thoroughly after your stay
(all cleaning equipment is provided). If this is not done, €85 will be
deducted from the deposit.
The bathroom, toilet and kitchen equipment should always be left clean.
If there are comments about the cleanliness at the start of the stay, then please let us know so that it can be taken into account.
Loss the key you will be charged with € 20.
Loss of the badge will be charged with € 50.
Smoking is
not allowed in the
house (on behalf of next guests).
Please do not throw cigarette butts around the
house or on the
terrace.
If you wish to bring a pet please let us know when booking so we can judge whether admitted or not (on behalf of next guests and
to avoid damage to furniture, etc.). An additional charge will be notified (and charged) for a pet. This is normally €25/week. Maybe the guarantee wiil be incresaed (normally up to €350).
Waste should be sorted and deposited in the appropriate waste container at the beginning of the park : residual houshold waste, paper and cardboard, PMD (Plastic bottles, Metal packaging, Drinks cartons), glass.
